A front-load dumpster is a lidded commercial waste container emptied by a truck with front forks on a regular service schedule.
Top Dog offers 2-yard, 4-yard, 6-yard, and 8-yard front-load sizes depending on your waste output and available space.
Standard non-hazardous commercial waste is accepted, including food waste, packaging, paper, cardboard, and general office trash.
Hazardous chemicals, paint, oils, medical waste, electronics, batteries, tires, liquids, and appliances are not allowed.
Service is available from once per week up to six times per week based on your location and waste volume.
Your account manager will recommend service days using your expected fill rate and site operations.
Most customers pay through monthly invoicing with online payment options and account support.
Overweight loads, contamination, lock-and-key delays, and extra pulls can add charges when applicable.
Overfilled containers may not be serviceable for safety reasons, and overflow or extra pull charges can apply.
Choose a flat, accessible location with truck clearance and room for safe approach and pickup.
In most markets delivery can be scheduled quickly based on inventory, permit status, and routing.
Extra pickups can be requested by calling or texting our office, or by logging into your customer portal and submitting a service request. We dispatch extra pickups same-day or next-day when possible, depending on route availability. An additional per-pickup fee applies for on-demand service outside your scheduled route.
Your customer portal at topdogwaste.com displays a full service history for your account, including the date and time of every pickup. You'll also receive an email confirmation each time your container is serviced. If you don't have portal access yet, contact our office and we'll get you set up.
